Its a 10 min trip to Mass General Hospital by car or Public Transportation and the walk is about 20 minutes. The space This first floor studio is accessible via smart lock with a lockbox as back up so you'll always be able to enter the apartment with a touchless entry! It's located on the first floor of an 20 unit apartment building right in the heart of Downtown Boston. It's a great space for a short term stay or even a Monthly rental as you'll have space to relax and spread out and while the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space, there's ample space between your cooking and eating area and the sleeping area. This unit has a newly renovated bathroom and updated modern appliances. Again, no dishwasher in the space so please take note. Other things to note Unit is on the first floor. For easier reporting purposes our pet fees are not included in pricing settings. This means that you will need to inform us if you'll bring your pet and a $200/pet pet fee will be collected via resolution center.
