Welcome to my cozy 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment home away from home. Located in the heart of Hoboken just half block from Washington Street and a few blocks from Hoboken NJ PATH station. Enjoy both New York City and Hoboken from this gorgeous two bedrooms apartment. Only 10 mins by NJ PATH train to either Downtown or Midtown Manhattan or 15 mins to Time Square by bus. A few minutes to Hoboken waterfront with amazing view of NYC skyline. Apartment is located ONLY 10 mins walk from the Path Station which offers direct and 24/7 convenient connection to Manhattan. All new appliances, furniture, a high-speed Internet. The apartment comes fully set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. So, all you need to bring is your luggage. In the apartment, you will find Bright, Warm, Clean, fully equipped TWO separate bedrooms to sleep and relax. LARGE Master Bedroom with TWO QUEEN-SIZE BEDS and enormous size closet ideal for 4 people. JUNIOR Bedroom with ONE QUEEN-SIZE BED and closet is perfect for 2 people. All of the rooms are comfortable for rest, have Air Conditions and room darkening. LIVING ROOM in the living room, everyone can enjoy time together by watching TV, play games, etc. KITCHEN with all necessary supplies such as microwave, coffee machine, cooking pots, frying pans and toaster. Everything you need to make a homemade meal. Also, for you convent, I always keep in the apartment coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee filters. EAT IN KITCHEN - our kitchen table perfectly fits group of 6 people, where you can get your meal together or it can be used as a working space as well. BATHROOM we do provide for all our guests with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries. Also, in the apartment you always can find basic first aid items and earplugs for you to use. A LAUNDROMAT - we don’t have laundry in the building, but there’s a laundromat in the corner of our block. Drop-off service available. PARKING - Please note that the apartment DOES NOT come with parking. You are responsible to arrange for your own parking if you have a car. It is safe to park in the street near the apartment. There are garages nearby that you can pay for. The cheapest parking lot is a few blocks away. You don’t share it with anyone else. We offer 24/7 access via lockbox. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building (NO ELEVATOR) Hoboken is known as the Mile Square City. It's great for walking around, going to restaurants, shops and accessing New York City as well as having the BEST views of Manhattan. The apartment is located in the downtown of Hoboken. Downtown Hoboken is a beautiful and very safe neighborhood comprised of a mix of brownstone rowhouses, churches, and small parks. In close proximity to many bars, restaurants, and the well known Washington street. If you like to be able to go out at night or take a stroll along the waterfront with NYC view, you are in the right place. Hoboken is an extremely friendly city. The Hudson River waterfront has stunning views of the New York Skyline. And of course, access to New York City is super fast, as it is to downtown Jersey City. Located just one block to Washington Street, everything is at your fingertips. Shopping, dining, bars, and restaurants are almost too many to count. Carlos Bakery, home of the famous Cake Boss and you are so close to the train and public transportation. Hoboken's presence of artists and young people creates a vibrant, safe, exciting highly desirable place to live and visit. Our Waterfront Walkway connects the Bayonne Bridge to the George Washington Bridge creating an 18-mile long urban park and provides unhindered access to the river's edge, making it an amazing place to walk, bike or just stare at the wondrous NYC skyline. On Washington Street and beyond, is a thriving commercial district comprised mostly of locally-owned boutiques, shops, and eateries. Live music, sailing on the Hudson, house tours, arts and cultural festivals — from sun-up to beyond sun-down, there’s something interesting going on in Hoboken. We have multiple transportation options for NYC: 1. Use bus 126 (stop on Washington ave & 3rd St) to Port authority 9th avenue and 40th street, 5 min from Times Square) To make your life easier download NJ Transit Mobile App. From this app find bus 126 and follow the schedule. 2. PATH train (direct lines to Downtown or Midtown Manhattan) stops at the historic terminal: 1 Hudson st. It will take you around 7 mins to get to Greenwich Village or Ground Zero (World Trade Center) memorial. It will take you 15 min to get to 33rd St (Midtown Manhattan). The PATH is preferred by most visitors. 3. There is also ferry service to both Downtown and Midtown. The PATH, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, is a 24-hour subway system that operates from Hoboken Terminal to 33rd Street Manhattan, World Trade Center, Journal Square, and Newark Penn Station. PATH Train from Hoboken to NYC (with purchase of Metro Card in the train station - $2.75 per ride) Parking Please note that the apartment DOES NOT come with parking.
