We provide Luxury Hospitality while maintaining the exquisite tropical experience of Hawaii. The space B206 (2BED/2BATH) 2nd  Floor Beach Tower, 1 lanai, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds + sleeper sofa, 2 baths. This west facing lanai overlooks the lawns out to the beach and lagoon with beautiful, serene and sunset views. This highly upgraded 2-bedroom villa has modern Hawaiian decor with a beautiful layout, including large dining and living areas that open with huge doors that slide into the walls for true indoor/outdoor living. Bedrooms and ensuite bath wings are on opposite sides of the main living area for max privacy. It boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a huge center island, designed by Roy Yamaguchi. Located on the 2nd floor of the front (Beach Tower) building of the Ko Olina Beach Villas, this condo is steps away from the Pacific Ocean and walkway connecting all the ocean front properties within the Ko Olina Resort. This villa has been beautifully upgraded with new appliances, new sleeper sofa and livingroom furnishings, fresh paint and other amenities.  It offers an expansive lanai with gorgeous ocean and beach/lagoon view, perfect for watching the evening sunset. This side of the building is very quiet. This villa offers flat screen tv’s and beach supplies including beach towels and chairs. The gourmet kitchen, designed by master chef Roy Yamaguchi includes premium appliances by Wolf, Subzero, and new dishwasher and washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bath includes a double vanity, large shower, and soaking tub. The guest room includes two twin beds and a full bath with soaking tub (the two beds can be arranged as a king if requested in advance). The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, and there is a child’s pack n’ play/portable crib available for use. Cable tv and high-speed internet included. Guest access Our guests can access amenities in the resort include gorgeous pools and jacuzzi's, gym, men's and women's locker rooms with showers, sauna and steam rooms, Beach Bar at oceanside, and the lovely environment of the Beach Villa oceanfront resort. A gate opens to the oceanfront walkway stretching for 1.5 miles along the Pacific Ocean to take you to the Four Seasons Oahu, Disney Aulani, Marriott Hotel, and Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities.
