It is also a very secure building with 24hr Security guards, secured key entry elevators, and security cameras on every hallway, entry way, and elevator. Location is ideal, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 7-10 minute walk to the main shopping areas and, 5 minutes to McCully Shopping center, a nice mall with many Asian restaurants. There are also great restaurants on your way to the beach (Goofys) and a full grocery store 2 blocks away - Food Pantry on Hobron Lane.
