First Floor four bedroom, one and a half bath beach house, (multi-dwelling property). The home sleeps ten with comfy accommodations, furnishings, and is centrally-located in the heart of beautiful North Wildwood. Take a short stroll, 3.5 blocks, to the beach and majestic Atlantic Ocean. Take a relaxing walk/bike down Central Ave. to kid friendly, Bill Henfey Park. You will also be close to many eateries and watering holes found in the entertainment district and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. The space MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT WE DO NOT RENT FOR PROM, SENIOR WEEK!! Non-Smoking property! NO gas grills on property, it’s a liability! Ask about renting the whole property for Weddings or large families. There are two condos on the 2nd floor that both sleep 6. Entire property will sleep 20 max. This is a multi-dwelling property not a single-family home, with open floor plan. There are two condos on the top floor and one above the garage. All are rented, you may hear some noise above. There are other guests on property. We frequent the property to do upkeep, we like to keep it looking great for all to enjoy! Be sure to say Hello, we would love to meet you! Master Bedroom-Queen Bed (mattress with foam topper)- TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sealy foam mattress with topper)- TV Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (mattress with topper)- No TV Bedroom 4: Bunkbed (bottom double bed foam mattress with topper, top single bed mattress) top bunk is not made, linens folded on top. No TV Rollaway bed for 10th sleeper upon request. This charming beach house has gorgeous, refinished original hardwood floors and vinyl plank flooring. The main bathroom has tiled flooring and a deep tub for soaking. The entire home is decorated in beach decor to make you feel right at home. You will find recess lighting throughout the home. Natural light pours through the new windows and doors in the living room and kitchen area. Cool off from an awesome beach day with central air and an ocean breeze often found on the front porch while relaxing on adirondack chairs and sipping on a cold drink. The living room is equipped with a smart, flat-screen TV angled for all viewing areas within the kitchen and living room. A very comfortable couch, loveseat and two accent chairs will do the trick after a nice day at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen where you can indulge in a home cooked meal or make your favorite cocktail. The kitchen is complete with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet space for your needs. The counter/bar area seats five with bar stools and the dining room table seats 4 with extra space to pull up an extra stool. A multi cup Keurig, with complimentary coffee pods/tea/creamer and sugar. Also a 12 cup coffee pot. Complimentary spices for all your cooking needs. Enjoy- Rinse off in the open outside shower, or with one of the hoses on the property. Fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink. This house provides 4 bedrooms for up to 10 guests to sleep comfortably, one full bathroom equipped with shower and tub and a half bath. Driveway parking is shared. CHECK IN SATURDAYS ONLY Guest access Front porch and back porch is not shared and yours to relax and enjoy. Back yard is shared with condos. Other things to note *All linens provided- bedding and bath towels. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and soap/body wash included. Paper towels (1 roll), trash bags (3), tissues (1 box in each bathroom), toilet paper (2 rolls in each bathroom) dishwasher/dish soap/ (2) one load tide laundry soap included. We encourage you to bring make up wipes for makeup removal. We ask that you do not use our towels for make up removal. Stained body towels will result in a $12 fee. . Make-up washcloths provided. *Iron and hair dryer provided *Beach is free, no tags required. Complimentary beach towels. *6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, beach umbrella ⛱️ and beach cart available for weekly rental.
