Fabulous Waterfront with Spectacular Sunset Views!

**Waterfront on salt water Follins Bay which is the headwaters of the Bass River. Sit and watch the boat activity from the deck or patio. Swim, fish or kayak (2 provided) right from your the backyard on your own private dock. Bright & airy décor with beautiful water views. The space Sunset Cottage is bright and spacious with plenty of places to relax with friends and family or to get away for some quiet moments by yourself. The large sliders in the living room and master suite allow for beautiful breezes and fantastic views of Follins Pond. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire home and access to Follins Pond right from the backyard. There are also two kayaks (for use at your own risk). Other things to note During July and August we do 4 day minimum rentals only. On the Airbnb calendar it may look all blocked off. If your desired arrival and departure dates are available, the week is available. It can get a little confusing, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me for help :) Although we do permit pets, they must all be housebroken and two is the maximum.
