LBI 3rd House From Beach; Entire 2nd Floor

Life on LBI is something special and our place delivers the charm and comfort of Jersey Shore living. The space This summer beach house is located only 3 houses away from a premier section of beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore. The entire second floor of this duplex is available for your stay. Linens and bath amenities are provided as part of the cleaning fee. Each room has individual climate control. Guest access The entire second floor is yours to use. There is a front deck and a back deck that are private use for your floor. In the back yard there is a shared communal space that includes lounge seating, propane grill, and outdoor shower. Please be respectful of first floor tenants. Other things to note There is a maximum of 3 Parking spaces available. Garbage must be taken out at end of stay.
