Lake Home 10 min from downtown and airport. 1 king, 4 queen, 4 twin, 4.5 bath home on canal. Large open concept, ample outdoor space, patio has fireplace and 8-seat hot tub. Nicely furnished. Projector screen in basement. Stone tile. Lots of windows. Shoreline is a three level house located between Eppley Airport and Downtown Omaha. It is on the canal of Carter Lake across from the Shoreline Golf Course. The house has a master en suite with a separate bath and shower and king bed; four rooms have queen mattresses and one room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Upon request, we can place up to 2 twin mattresses in an open loft space for additional sleeping. Our outdoor space has a travertine fireplace and a hot tub recessed into a wood deck. Guests will also have access to a gas grill. The basement is a walk-out onto a fenced lawn that runs to the canal. There are two docks and a patio overlooking the canal. The rental is for the entire house. Guests will have access to an 8-seat hot tub with a large, travertine patio space and an outdoor wood fireplace; a 10-ft. projection screen in basement; garage parking for 3 vehicles; and ample common space for socializing/entertaining (dinnerware/barware available). Host stays onsite in separate living quarters with private entrance and will not access house or yard during rentals. You are welcome to fish off our backyard dock. We have a few fishing poles available for use. We have private boat parking in our backyard. I can be on premise at check in to demonstrate projector/hot tub/ fireplace as needed. Otherwise I leave printed material for guest reference on the kitchen island. Shoreline in Carter Lake is 10 min from the airport and 10 min from all that downtown Omaha has to offer in terms of dining and entertainment. It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Omaha. Car rental is one good option as it will give you the most flexibility in Omaha, but our location near downtown means that you are a fast and inexpensive Uber ride away from Omaha's best restaurants, bars, and venues. No parties please. No kegs, no excessive noise. Be sure to park cars in the garage or the driveway. Avoid street parking. 3 vehicles can fit in the garage and 4 more can fit in the driveway. Please limit the number of parked cars to 7. We have private boat parking in our backyard. You are welcome to bring your own boat. Public boat slips are available on the lake.
