The space Our home has two sections. The main house offers 3 bedrooms 1 king BR, a BR with 2 twins, and first floor bedroom with a full bed that’s next to a half bath plus 2 full baths, with an additional 2 bedrooms (1 queen BR, and a BR with 3 twins) and a full bath in the south wing. There's an additional outdoor shower in the fenced in backyard. The area is quiet and protected abutting conservation land and Red River that flows to Nantucket Sound only 6/10 of a mile away as the crow files. There are plenty of birds to serenade you. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note Please note, FROM THE LAST WEEK OF JUNE THROUGH LABOR DAY, WE ONLY HAVE WEEKLY RENTALS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, AS IS TYPICAL ON THE CAPE. *Important* MA has instituted a new short term rental tax as of 1/1/19 of 14.45%. Airbnb automatically collects this tax. Also, the rental includes the essentials such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo, but does not include linens. However, a linen service is available for an additional fee. Please discuss this option with us. Thank you. For those who may be interested in Winter rentals (after Thanksgiving until the end of March) please note that the south wing with its two bedrooms and full bath are closed down during this part of the year and are not accessible.
