Perfect family destination with your own private beach. Breathtaking views of the ocean on all 3 floors. Brand new construction in 2015. Great open floor plan on the 1st floor with a fabulous oversized kitchen, dining space and adjacent living room. Beautiful hardwood floors & 9' ceilings on the 1st floor with awesome ocean views from the main deck with enough seating for everyone. You will definitely enjoy the main deck in the evening - our favorite place on earth in the summertime. Guest access You will have complete access to all three floors of living space, except for a couple of closets where we will store our personal items. Other things to note We have lots of beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your enjoyment and lots of outdoor seating space on 3 separate decks. On our upper deck (on the dune), we have four lounge chairs and umbrellas. The intermediate deck has extra seating for dinner. On our main deck - we have an extra long teak table with nine chairs, with another 6 chairs that you can put around the table to accommodate extra large groups at happy hour and mealtime. Our stainless steel grill is on the main deck. Cancellation Policy - Guest cancellations allowed 90 days ahead of your scheduled date of arrival. We require guests to sign a contract that we will forward to you after booking. Extra Cleaning Protocols We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we have expanded our cleaning protocols to increase your comfort level. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting counter tops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. We look forward to hosting you.
