Cathedral ceilings make the kitchen, dining and living area spacious and airy. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area with large dining table. A slider leads to the back deck. The living area has comfortable seating. In addition to the spacious main living area, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor. The master bedroom, which also has a cathedral ceiling, has a king bed, a window air conditioner unit and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a window air conditioner unit. The finished lower level has a den with comfortable seating and a flat screen television with satellite TV and satellite WiFi*. The home's third bedroom is also in the lower level. This bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The washer and dryer are in the unfinished section of the lower level. Wood floors throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas, carpet in the first floor bedrooms and the lower level den and bedroom. The back deck has outdoor furniture, a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. Walk to the beach from this lovely and peaceful location. Spend the day at the shore, then head home for dinner on the grill! This comfortable home is on Lieutenant Island. NOTE: Properties on Lieutenant Island are accessed via a short causeway that at times can be covered by water at high tide (two times a day) for approximately two hours. A tide chart is supplied so you can plan accordingly. Short drive to everything Wellfleet has to offer including ocean beaches such as Marconi Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore, Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail), Wellfleet's own French bakery/restaurant--PB Boulangerie, fresh water ponds, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, the Wellfleet Drive-In, live theater and amazing shopping, dining and galleries in Wellfleet Center and Harbor. *Satellite internet is not recommended for streaming and Zoom meetings.
