Winterfell - Beautiful Beachhouse (Private Beach!)

On the Beach!!! Your back stairs end in the sand. Brant Rock, on the Green Harbor Line, this well maintained, turnkey home features 1 Master bedroom (King), 1 Guest Bedroom (Queen), a Bunk-bed Room (4 Twins), a sitting room, a small kid's loft, a kitchen/living room, and 2 full bathrooms. Set on a quiet beach that changes daily with the tide. Some days have all sand, some days show thousands of pebbles and rocks, and some draw calm waters or big waves. The space The house is 1,288 sf. This is a whole house rental but you can save money if you are just a couple or a single who only needs the Master King bedroom, one full bathroom, the kitchen and the living room, and the loft. This can save $50 for you because we can save money by not needing the cleaners for the first floor. (They charge us $50 less if they only need to do the top main floor.) Access to the private quiet cove is yours, however you can always just walk 5 doors down to the public cove at the corner for exposure to visitors and beach goers. Or you can drive about 10 mins up the beach (north or south) to Green Harbor Beach, or Rexhame for larger beaches with much larger crowds. The beach will be exclusively yours though!!!. The owner will never have guests or share any open space while renters are staying. There is ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT. So the house is for a single, a couple, or a family in one car. If you need a house for a group, then this house will not work for you. All noise must be inside by 10pm per beach area guidelines with the neighborhood association. Rentals will be ended for any break in this rule. We really prefer renters bring their own linens and pillows. But we can provide towels, etc, as long as you communicate that you'll need them. Guest access Access to beach is private and exclusive and right out the back door of the second floor. Other things to note Quiet family neighborhood - not an option for parties. The neighborhood association prefers all outdoor beach activity (fire pit, etc) be ended and groups brought inside by 10pm. This rental is perfect for a single, a couple, or a couple with a young child or a few children.
