First an ice house , then the North Truro School of Art, this space is filled w/ character and history. Oversized rooms and 20' wood ceilings make this a unique space. Rustic and simple, yet upgraded where it matters: large sectional couch, comfortable beds, cable/wifi. 2 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 4 people. The deck along the entire rear of the property sits directly on Pilgrim Pond enjoying it's steady breezes, changing light, and active wildlife. Just over the hill is Cape Cod Bay. The space We consider this special space somewhat "old-school" living - a true summer place from our childhoods - one large bathroom, the dishwasher at each meal is the person that didn't cook. No A/C, we count on the steady breeze and fans when needed. Have not received complaints to date. We welcome any/all questions about the property - it's location, condition, amenities.
