The second bedroom features a Queen bed with private bath and the third bedroom with (2) Twins that be combined to make a King with private bath. The home also has a loft with Queen size sleeper sofa  allowing for families of up to 8 people. We also include a pack 'n play for families with young children and have additional baby gear for rent if families have more than one infant. The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, living room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 4 at the expansive kitchen counter. Relax and enjoy watching your sports team or a movie with the kids after a fun day at the beach on the large 65" 4K TV. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
