Unit #13 - Ground Floor Efficiency Studio with A/C The space Unit 13 - Sleeps 3 max:, has a queen size bed and a twin bed. If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. It has a tile floor and no carpeting. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, toaster oven, countertop oven, cook top, blender, and a coffee maker. Cabinets contain dishes, cups, mugs and all necessary kitchen utensils. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. The unit has AC, a Smart TV, wifi, and a dehumidifier. Unit opens to a spacious backyard where children can safely play. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. Please bring your own towels for the pool & beach. Shuttle bus runs every half hour to Provincetown and makes all stops. The unit is near Cape Cod National Seashore beaches and town beaches as well. It’s a quiet beautiful place.
