The nautical, "beachy" décor will set the mood for a great Cape Cod vacation. On the main floor, there is a full kitchen, a half bath, and a comfortable living and dining room area. The living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, a TV, ad A/C. Sliders off the living room lead to a private patio. The second floor has two beds and a newly renovated full bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, A/C, and sliders opening to a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom, has 2 twin beds and A/C. Brewster Attractions: -Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A. -Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories. -Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay. -Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site) -Play a round at Captains Golf Course! CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. FREE ACTIVITIES Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
