The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and is complete with a king bed, private bathroom, and A/C. The second bedroom features a queen bed and A/C, with the second bathroom located adjacent to the second full bathroom in hallway. The top floor features an enclosed lofted bedroom with two twin beds and A/C. The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137. Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants! CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. FREE ACTIVITIES Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less).
