The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a full suite of Viking and Sub Zero professional appliances and granite countertops. The dining room is thoughtfully designed to seat your entire group of 18, ensuring no one misses out on mealtime conversations. For quieter moments, you can retreat to the separate living room or enjoy a film in the TV/media room. This level also provides direct access to your private outdoor oasis, featuring an in-ground pool and a gorgeous Travertina patio. Important Information/Additional Guest Amenities We strive to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The following items are provided for your enjoyment: * Well Stocked Home: The kitchen and bar are fully equipped with all the cookware, glassware, flatware, and dinnerware you'll need. * Outdoor Grilling: A Weber propane grill is available for your use. * Beach & Pool Essentials: We supply beach tags, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and pool floats. During peak summer months, 18 beach towels are also included. * Full Linen Service: Your cleaning fee includes a complete linen service with all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, which are all professionally laundered after your stay. * Sonos Music System: Easily steam your favorite music and enjoy concert quality Sonos speakers inside the property. * Private Parking: 6 private parking spaces available as well as free street parking along Ocean Ave. * Coffee Makers: Enjoy your morning coffee with both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The mansion has a state of the art security system which avoids the need for keys. Guests will be provided with an access code unique for their rental period giving them easy keyless access throughout their entire stay. Other things to note My home has a fully stocked kitchen and bar including all of your cookware, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, etc. I also have an outdoor Weber propane grill. I also supply beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, pool floats, etc. Please note that the cleaning fee also includes a complete linen service. The linen service includes all of your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels and laundering all of them after your stay! During the peak summer months, 18 beach towels are also included. I have both a Keurig coffee maker and traditional drip coffee maker for your enjoyment.
