The whole cottage is yours in a small town peaceful setting where you can hear the bobwhites call while you grill outside or watch day break over the field across the road. Accommodating up to seven guests, there are three sleeping areas (6 beds). Simply enter the correct number of guests so that we can properly prepare for your stay. Please note that after the first two guests there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. The house features: - 1 large sleeping area with 3 twin beds - 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and an alcove with a twin bed - 1 bedroom with a full bed - Full kitchen, with BBQ grill and picnic table outside - Large bathroom, laundry - WIFI & Smart TV - Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided - Welcome basket with popcorn, hot chocolate, oatmeal, and other snacks You have sole access to the house and yard You can call us anytime, or stop by the local motel to contact us in person. When you check in, we will give you more details for emergency calls or texting. We are happy to recommend local restaurants and area attractions, so if you end up with a rainy day... ask us for ideas! The house is in a quiet corner of Leon, just a few blocks from one of the parks (with a playground!) and city pool. Fishermen and Hunters: - We can normally accommodate two boats/trailers (plus trucks) for parking. - There is an outside plug-in for charging batteries, but you will need to bring your own extension cord of at least 50'. - We ask that you not clean and store fish in the house or process any game on the property. - Fishermen: There is a fish cleaning station and freezer available to you. Message us for details or ask when check in. - Hunters: We do not have a game cleaning station, but we can recommend some great area lockers.
