The Two Medicine at Stoner Creek Cabins is one of eight identical modern cabins located on ten wooded acres just beyond a residential neighborhood. We offer year-round comfort in a wooded setting. Completed in 2018, the Two Medicine cabin is one of the original cabins built on the property. The Two Medicine cabin is hillside with shared views into our forest from the living area and patio. Stoner Creek Cabins offers clean lines, modern efficiency, and thoughtful amenities. Our contemporary design is completed with Shou Sugi Ban siding, a sustainable preservation technique originating in Japan. The cabin may accommodate up to four people with one queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living space. The open concept kitchen and living area includes floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors that may be opened to experience the woods from the comfort of your couch. The cabin includes everything that you should need to feel at home! The kitchen provides a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine with all cooking and eating implements. The stacked front-loading washer and dryer includes complimentary laundry pods. Enjoy the outdoor space with a large deck, table and chairs, propane grill, lounge chairs and private fire pit. Stoner Creek Cabins is located on ten wooded acres at the end of a new residential neighborhood. We are within walking distance to our small town of Lakeside, Montana. Lakeside offers Volunteer Park with a large swimming beach, dock, picnic tables, and grassy park. We are also within walking distance to many local restaurants, paddleboard and kayak rental shops, watercraft rentals, bars, a coffee shop, and a craft brewery. A short two miles up the road is access to thousands of acres of public land. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, huckleberry picking, and Blacktail Mountain Ski Area during the snow season. Glacier National Park or Whitefish Montana are a reasonable drive for further explorations in our neck of the woods! We strongly recommend that our guests have a vehicle. Our small town of Lakeside is a short one mile walk from the cabins, but getting to and from the area is best accomplished with a vehicle. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft have extremely limited services, if any at all. There are local taxi services in the area, but they may require advance reservation. If renting a car, we strongly recommend you reserve your car rental in advance due to the popularity of visiting our area. We offer a complementary Tesla charging station centrally located on the property for all guests to use.
