This bright and inviting 650 sq ft second-floor apartment is perfectly located just one street back from the beautiful sands of Salisbury Beach, blending coastal charm with modern comfort. The open-concept living space, filled with natural light under a vaulted ceiling, is the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Step out onto the back deck to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the serene marsh. This cozy escape is ideal for families, friends, or a work-from-the-beach getaway. Kitchen & Dining: Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6): • Bedroom 1: Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed • Living Room: Full Pullout Sofa Key Amenities: • High-speed WiFi • Smart Roku TV with streaming apps (NewsOn & Peacock included) • In-unit washer and dryer • Wall A/C unit to keep you cool • Shared gas grill for cookouts • Hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire second-floor apartment and all its appliances. This includes your own small back deck overlooking the marsh. One dedicated off-street parking spot is provided for you on the left-hand side of the driveway. Guest access The whole second floor apartment and it's appliances are yours to use. Includes TV, internet and WiFi access. There is a small back deck for the second floor and one off street parking spot located on the left hand side of the driveway. Other things to note • Check-In/Out: Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we will notify you as soon as the unit is ready. Late check-out is not available to ensure we have enough time to prepare for the next guests. • Television: There is no cable TV. You can enjoy streaming services on the Smart TV, which also includes local apps like NewsOn and Peacock. • Security: For your security, there is an exterior Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door. It records audio and video but is not actively monitored during your stay. • Larger Groups: Need more space? Consider renting both floors of the duplex to sleep up to 12 guests total. Please inquire for availability. • Off-Season Stays: Monthly stays are available from November 1st to April 1st. This is a perfect option for travel nurses, corporate relocations, or extended cozy getaways. • Additional parking available on Railroad Ave, North End Blvd (10-min walk), or paid municipal lots We are pet friendly: -Max 2 pets - Must be listed on your reservation.
