Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Eventide Suite is located on the third floor of the home. What used to be an attic is now a cozy place to call home during your beach vacation! What this unit lacks in size, it makes up for in charm. Sip coffee on the top deck or take a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! The space Please note that this unit is on the third floor. If you are not comfortable doing stairs or are very tall, this may not be the unit for you! Check out my other listings for larger units. Easily walkable to Positively 4th St. for coffee, Annie's Carousel for ice cream, the farmers market on summer Wednesdays, and the shops downtown on Asbury Ave., there is something for everyone to easily enjoy! This property is in the perfect part of town as you are close to everything but the neighborhood is quiet. This property does not host guests under the age of 21. Any guests, or parents of guests that book on behalf of their child for senior week, will be asked to show an ID upon arrival. If guests are not 21 or older, they will be asked to leave without a refund. This property is not available for senior week. Thank you in advance. SUPERVISED CHILDREN, TRAVELING WITH FAMILY, ARE MORE THAN WELCOME! There is a maximum of 4 guests on the property, including infants. The house/yard should not be used as a place to gather, with more than 4 people at any given time. Any guests not on the reservation will be asked to leave. This property is not pet friendly. If guests bring a pet to the property, they will be asked to leave without a refund. Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day. Beach tags are provided for your stay!
