House on a Hill ~ Out-of-town quiet downtown
Stay in this historic 110 year old home for a taste of the modern west. Here modern comforts (an on-demand water heater) and stylings meet mountain decor. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Red Lodge. The climb up to this house on a hill (not for the faint of stairs) rewards you with privacy and a view across town. This setting is the best of in town with the quiet of out of town provided by the aspen grove on the hill behind the house. This house is well suited for families - a short walk to the grocery store and one block from the park with horseshoe pits, a basketball court, a deluxe playground and ice-skating rink. Families can enjoy the fenced back yard, two separate sitting areas - one more of a playroom with two twin beds and a TV up steep stairs - and a large kitchen and dining area downstairs. Enjoy date night on the main floor while the kids play on the 3rd floor. Stocked with games, toys, a pack and play, and books for all ages, this house is sure to entertain. Full of comforts like all new high quality mattresses and linens and smart TVs in both sitting areas, you will be able to relax and sleep well here. The entire home is yours! Enjoy!!! Guests will receive emails prior to arrival with directions, entry code and pre-stay information. I'm available 24/7 through the airbnb app for your needs to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The home is located in the historical Hi Bug area of Red Lodge, Montana. It is a quaint and remarkably quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Two on street parking spaces are available and plowed in winter. With Uber, Lyft and taxi service in Red Lodge, you can get around even if part of your group takes the car up the mountain. The nearest airports are in Billings, MT and Cody, WY both about an hour away.
