This unit is an upper-level apartment of our home (i.e., STAIRS). Enjoy self-check-in and a reserved parking spot. Living room: Roku enabled TV. Mini-kitchen: Two burner stovetop, microwave, a 4 cu. sqft fridge, and a Keurig. Bedroom: king-sized bed with down alternative pillows and tempur-pedic memory foam topper. The space Your own apartment unit on the top floor of our home with own outside private staircase that leads to the apartment. You’ll be greeted in comfort to a large entryway. Hang your coat and lay your shoes. To the right is your oversized bedroom. Relax in your new hybrid memory foam/spring king bed with soft sheets and fluffy down pillows. Sit in a new oversized sofa and 2 leather chairs to enjoy Roku TV (no cable or basic tv - only apps for you to sign into). Your stove will have two burners with an island and basic cooking supplies. Features: -King bed and king-sized pillows with protective mattress cover. -air mattress for 2 plus guests -Keyless Check-In -Plenty of natural light/sky light -Keurig, Mini Fridge -Jacuzzi tub w/ Bath salts. -two burner cooktop w/basic supplies -Office desk & chair -Full-sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash -Heating/Cooling (you can adjust) Location- we are north of Boston off major highways. Note: bus stop is .07mi away with some hills. We live in a quiet residential area. Parking - 1 dedicated parking spot in our driveway. Guest access Going up stairs is required to access apartment. You may not access the door that goes directly into our living area. Other things to note Early check-in: we are happy to work with our cleaning team to try our best to accommodate. Please note early check-in is at a rate of $8/hr. Absolutely NO smoking inside and outside premises. NO unauthorized guests.
