Spacious 3 bedroom house with one level living (except for laundry in basement)! Beautiful views of Bartlett Pond! We have a wonderful outdoor space that is great to relax in after a day at the beach or sight seeing. The Beach Castle is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Home features Fully equipped kitchen and a Weber gas Grill. House sleeps 7 adults. Bedroom one has a queen, Bedroom two has a set of bunk beds, a full bed and a twin. Bedroom three has a full bed. One Bathroom with Tub/Shower and an awesome outside Shower. This is a beach cottage built in the 1950s. It still has the older charm of knotty pine cabinets while boasting a large comfortable living room with 55 inch TV and many modern updates! . The new Deck has a large table, umbrellas, and comfortable chairs which is right off the kitchen. Enclosed front porch has a large table that seats 9 along with another sitting area (great to relax with a book!) Large yard to enjoy after a day at the beach. Small fenced in area for your small children or dog. Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. Parking for 4 cars. Great location close to beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Ice cream stands, and the lobster pound are all a quick jaunt away! Downtown Plymouth (Plymouth Harbor) where you can find great restaurants, charter boats etc. is a quick 15 minute drive. Maximum of 2 – 100.00/dog extra. Must be an approved Breed. (Home insurance rule not ours!) Must be well behaved, house trained and not aggressive. Use of a crate appreciated. Number of dogs is subject to approval. Visitors of guests are not allowed to bring pets. Must pick up after your dog. Large gatherings (15+) and parties not allowed and strictly enforced . Good Neighbor policy must be acknowledged and is strictly enforced. This is a quiet family neighborhood and quiet time 9:30 PM. Max occupancy strictly enforced. Sorry no cats (we are allergic!) 6-7 Night Minimum during Summer Season (July & August with check in Saturday or Sunday check in. No Smoking Please! 2 night minimum off season Guest access Hosts will be available to welcome you! In the event you need to check in at a different time, instructions will be left on how to get into the house. Other things to note Driveway is on Sycamore street. House is on a corner lot. Parking for 4 cars. Street Parking is only available with Permit (Plymouth residents only and enforced) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We are close by and available for emergencies & questions. COVID-19, cleaning & rental availability Our priority for our guests has always been to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests. We are following the recommendations of the CDC for cleaning and sanitizing our house. All linens including mattress pads will be washed, however it is recommended that you bring your own. Please let us know if you decide to do this. Water shoes are recommended as White Horse Beach has sections that tend to get rocky. This is a dog friendly cottage. Not recommended if you are very allergic.
