The space Please NOTE: this is a basement level studio apartment, the ceiling height is ~7 feet. For guests over 7 ft, we would discourage you from reserving this unit. No-shoes Policy: We strive to keep a very clean staying experience for our guests and therefore we kindly ask that you remove your shoes inside the apt. We have special Oriental rugs which makes it impossible to clean if walked-on especially after rain or snow days. Thank you for your understanding! This studio apartment is located at the heart of Cambridge in Central Square. Just how close? 10 min walk to Harvard Campus, 7 min walk to the nearest subway station Central Square T, and 3 min walk to the nearest Whole Foods. It’s a walker’s heaven and you can enjoy everything Cambridge and Boston have to offer on foot or on a bike. The apt is newly renovated with tiled bathroom and vinyl flooring to give a very clean feel. Private entrance at the back of the house provides added privacy. Guest access The entire apt is exclusively reserved for the guests. To access the common garden area, simply walk across the narrow ally at the back of the house to the other side and you may enjoy the garden area. If you would like to use the BBQ grill, please kindly let us know in advance and we can help set it up for you. Please do clean up the grill and any trash after yourself for the use of other guests. All garden activities should cease by 10PM to maintain a quiet environment for other guests. Other things to note PARKING: Please note that we have very limited parking spaces. If you will have a car during your stay, please contact me prior to booking to confirm parking availability. We will try out best to reserve a complimentary guest street parking permit which will allow our guests to park on the street to up to three days per week, excluding permit-free Sunday. Laundry: As an added convenience to our guests, we can provide wash/dry/fold laundry service to our staying guests with a 24-48 hour turnaround for at a discounted price. Please inquiry ahead of time if you do need such service. Room cleaning: As part of our commitment to flight climate change, we do not change linens on a daily basis. For our weekly or monthly guests, we can provide room cleaning, change linens once a week. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights: - Sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Registration Details 135558
