The house is air conditioned, has a washer & dryer unit and ample parking. The house is positioned in an excellent residential location only 3 houses from the beach and ocean. There are wonderful shops and restaurants that are only minutes away. You can enjoy outdoor activities that are featured near by-including sailing, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, surfing lessons, stand-up paddle boarding, yoga, bike rentals and more. Guest access Guests have access to the whole first-floor apartment, backyard, and driveway in front of the garage. Other things to note The ground floor is only available to rent for week-long periods, Saturday to Saturday. Don't forget to bring your own sheets, towels, and beach gear! Comforters, pillows, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans are provided.
