We have a beach box at the end of Broadway for the season to store all of your beach gear, so you do not have to lug it back and forth everyday. Most of our neighbors are year round residents, so you will be sure to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. This is a corner house with a great wrap around porch and large second floor deck for your enjoyment. WE PROVIDE blankets and pillows YOU WILL NEED TO BRING sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach chairs and beach gear, laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap. The first floor: large gourmet eat in chefs kitchen with huge farm house table that comfortably seats 8, island that seats 4, a sun room with a couch that converts to a queen, living room with sleeper queen sofa, full bathroom/laundry room. the kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave, Mr Coffee with filters, toaster, garbage disposal, wine fridge, granite countertops and 2 sinks. the kitchen is also equipped with dinnerware, glasses, silverware, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The second floor: Master bedroom with steam shower and jacuzzi tub in the room, TV, two queen beds and 1 single. An additional bedroom with one queen bed and TV. A separate full bathroom. Third floor: loft bedroom with two twin beds. The house has bedrooms that sleep 9 with an fold out couches for additional sleeping more of 1 more). Minimum 1 week rental during July and August. Minimum 3 night rental the rest of the year. *Weekly summer Rentals will be Saturday to Saturday only! * The outdoor shower is shared with the apartment. Need more space we also have a 1 bed apt. available for rent on the property that will accommodate 4 more people. Guests will have full access to the entire house. there is an attached 1 BR unit on the back of the house with a separate private entrance. The other until has use of the patio. There is a shared outdoor shower with the unit and storage areas for beach gear. There will be 3 adult bikes (1M 2F) and two kids bikes (1M and 1F) available for your use. Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am. We typically will not be down during your stay, but you can reach us on our cell phone. Some other items of note. We include bikes for your stay with locks. If you loose a bike the replacement cost is $250/each. If you are staying over on a Tuesday night you MUST take the trash cans/recycling down to the curb on Tuesday evening and bring up on Wednesday. You will lose your security deposit if you do not do this.
