The space Enjoy a beautiful Cape style cottage with a large and cozy 4 season porch offering views of the beautiful warm South Coast water. Just a stones throw to the private beach. Enclosed private backyard with deck, outdoor shower, party lights, kayaks and everything needed for the complete beach vacation experience including WiFi and HD Cable TV. House is steps to private beaches. Enjoy swimming, kayaking or fishing right on the beach across the road. There is a "public" beach (limited to the residents of Parkwood Beach) that has a life guard and a float for the kids to jump off of that is located at the end of Ash St. There are lots of neat places to explore along the sand beaches. There is also a neighborhood playground with swings, slides, and new play areas for the kids to enjoy. The house has an updated stainless kitchen with gas cooking, soap stone counter seating and open floor plan to living room with fireplace and cable tv. Great place to entertain and spend time with friends and family. There are 4 cozy bedrooms upstairs that will accommodate 7 very comfortably. Additional sleeping space on porch day bed. Cottage also has dining room and separate office/reading space. Private Neighborhood just off 495 is easily accessible and close to everything needed including fun activities such as Golfing, Mini-Golfing, Water Wizz Water Park, Boating, Kayaking, Hiking, Shopping at LL Bean outlet and other Stores at Wareham Crossing. Also very close to Onset Village with more shopping, Marc Anthonys famous pizza, Canal Boat tours and free summertime outdoor movies. Also just minutes to historic Plymouth and the Cape Cod bridges. Guest access Guests will have the entire house at their disposal.
