Quiet room, queen plus twin bunk

You will be renting a private bedroom plus a shared bathroom in a single family home located on a peaceful and quiet three acre lot, surrounded by nature. Please note that we do not offer kitchen facilities or a formal dining area. However, we allow guests use of our shared by all sunroom, which has a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, seating and a TV, but please be aware that our pets (cats and birds) have access to this shared room (but never to the guest areas). The space Rental includes a private bedroom, with a queen size bunk bed (twin on top) and shared bathrooms. We ask no eating or drinking in the bedrooms and therefore we do allow guests use of our sun room, which has coffee/tea, light snacks, mini fridge, a microwave oven, a dining table and a TV, where you may eat and relax. Also, please note that our pets (two cats, two birds and a dog) have access to the sun room, however, they are not allowed in the guest rooms. We have two other listings, one a bedroom with a queen size bed, and the other a furnished apartment. Guest access You will have a private bedroom plus a full bathroom that is shared with the guests in one other room. You will have access to our sun room, see description of the space. During your stay We are available to help our guests as needed throughout their stay, and we are open to socializing with our guests if they choose. Other things to note If you are allergic to pets, please be aware that our pets have access to our sun room (but not to the guest rooms). We do not offer a kitchen, most guests go out to dine or order in food delivery. We hold dance socials each Friday and some Saturday evenings which will conclude by about 11:30 pm. For the security of our guests, our property has 6 video surveillance cameras outside the house, at the entrances and parking area. There are no security cameras inside the house in any of the guest areas. The best way to get around the area is by car. Bus or train stations are about half hour by car from us. We have plenty of parking on our property
