We are located 3 blocks from downtown Manasquan where shopping, dining, ice cream, and cultural theatre life. A quick bike ride will bring you to the beach or bike path. There is a park around the corner with a playground, swings, and a basketball court. We are located near Silton Swim School. Our 2100 square feet house is newly remodeled with all the conveniences. The backyard has a grill, teak dining table, lounge chairs, and a flower garden. Beach passes are available upon request. The space 2100 square feet family home has everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing beach getaway. Open kitchen/dining/family room allows for plenty of family time. Large backyard with deck, outdoor dining table with umbrella, chairs, and bench. Two lounge chairs and two bar-height Adirondack chairs. Seasonal vegetable garden. Additionally, there is a playroom with kids' toys, tv, and a comfy couch for parents to relax while hanging with their kids. Additionally if requested, we have available a pack ‘n play, portable gates, and kid bed bumpers. Other things to note Mature adults or families only 27 and older, unless having outstanding reviews or references. Forthe 4th of July week, we prefer at least a 6-night stay. In general, we prefer at least a 5-night stay.
