This building is also an office location in the front and the back half is a private airbnb. It is a beautiful fully furnished 2bed/1bath house. Equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Smart lock entrance. Security Cameras. All utilities are included: TV (with a fully working firestick), High speed Wifi, Electric, Central A/C and Heat ( Which is controlled by the guest), access to backyard, etc. This place is NOT child proof and therefore please be mindful of your children at all times. Only a short 7 minutes uber ride away from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. A short 10 minute ride away from the Lakeside Shopping Center. Once you hope on the I-10 Uptown, Mid-City, and Downtown, are all nothing but a quick 15 minute car ride. This second home offers: - Central A/C & Heat controlled by you - Open kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, coffee mugs. - The first bedroom has a queen size bed with 2-drawer night stand and a closet. - The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full size bed and the top bunk is a twin size bed. - The living room has a convertible sofa-bed. - Flat screen Tv - Full bathroom including shower with stacked washer and dryer. We do not allow parties. A party is defined as (not limited to) guests playing loud music, disturbing the peace, heavy drinking, inviting unauthorized guests to our home etc. If you are having a party, we will ask you to leave and you will not be reimbursed for your stay. Our neighbors are also our friends, they will not allow any parties, and will let us know immediately or they will call the police. No loud noise after 10pm per city rules. This is a family neighborhood with children and most people work during the day and need to sleep well. Please respect our neighbors! Please treat our home with the same respect you would treat your own home. If something breaks, please let us know. If something isn't working properly, we will have it repaired.
