Only 1/4 mile to Lecount Hollow Beach, a beautiful ocean beach with 80 ft. sand dunes and gorgeous sunrises! Within walking distance of PBs, a popular french bakery and bar, a small plaza with liquor store, burger place, P.O., bike rentals, and Beachcomber Shop. Bike trail access is right down the street. Studio- No indoor shower (only outdoor) or heat and only available May through September. The space Both units have privacy, with decks and outside showers. Cottage has full bath and studio has half bath. Both outside showers have hot water. There are beach chairs and towels, a beach cart, a wagon, and other beach toys in the shed. Beach parking lots get filled by 9:00 sometimes so being able to walk to the beach is really nice! The cottage has a queen bdrm, a twin bdrm, and a double mattress in a sleeping loft. The studio has a queen bdrm and a double mattress in a sleeping loft. June 20-27 only the cottage is available for $239/night Guest access There is plenty of parking at the property with room for 4 cars. Other things to note There is no heat in the studio so it is not available in the winter months from November through March.
