Chilmark Cape in private wooded setting

A renovated country home located in the Vineyard's most idyllic town. This 4 bed/2 full bath home offers you an updated kitchen, open living area, spacious bedrooms, outdoor shower, private back deck, and grassy yard on 3 wooded acres. Staying in Chilmark allows you access to the best beaches on the island. 2026 Season: Reminder that ferry tickets are the responsibility of the tenants. Our guests can obtain a sticker for access to Lucy Vincent Beach Pets permitted w/some restrictions. The space Downstairs: a large living room with a dining table, flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck via two sliders. Updated kitchen with the basic essentials. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs: master bedroom w/king-size bed and crib; a full bath with shower stall; a smaller bedroom w/full sized bed; and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Outdoor space: a private backyard with deck, gas grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounge (2), and the quintessential MV outdoor shower. I provide: beach chairs and umbrellas, some lawn games, and beach toys. I ask that you provide your own beach towels. If you forget, there are a few extras but those require washing and returning to the closet after use. I do not provide shampoo/conditioner/body soap. I have cleaning supplies, two vacuums, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We provide enough paper goods for a week, and do have extra so please ask. Keeping in mind that all supplies are shipped in from the mainland. Guest access Chilmark Residents/Renters can obtain a beach permit from the town to get access to Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket. * Ask owners for more info* It's been requested that I provide further information: the town provides the sticker, you use your Airbnb reservation to secure the pass for the length of the lease. Other things to note Make sure you book your boat reservations well in advance! They go on sale in January. Chilmark Beach stickers can be purchased in advance through the Town of Chilmark's website. Search: Chilmark Beach stickers and the year Dogs are permitted on a case-by-case basis so please ask. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture. Based on past experiences, I would really prefer no pups that shed excessively, chew on furniture and bedding, or will be locked in the bedrooms while you're not here. Just a reminder: the yard is open and doesn't have a fence. I do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
