A spacious kitchen and dining room, living room and 1/2 bath are on 1st floor while upstairs 1 bedroom w/king bed, 2nd w/full, and office with 2 desk stations. High speed internet, Streaming TV, central A/C, and washer/dryer. Beach passes, Beach towels, Yeti cooler and chairs provided for your stay. 7 night min. Friday-Friday. Maximum of 4 guests per town bylaw. The space A third room on second floor has been set up as dedicated office space with workstation. Washer and dryer in basement. There is a spiral staircase to bedrooms and office on second floor (see photos). Downtown location is steps from shops, restaurants and cafes. Gas BBQ available for use. Entire unit features central A/C. Guest access The town of Manchester limits the number of guests to no more than four. Parking is street, and parking passes will be provided for duration of stay. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana. Town limits number of guests to no more than 4.
