Whether you’re here to explore or unwind, this adorable cottage is your perfect home base in New Orleans. The home has a very strict and thorough cleaning regiment and will be fully sanitized before arrival. Walk to Hot Tin rooftop bar or St. Charles Streetcar! 15 minute walk (3min drive) to Mahony's and the Bulldog on Magazine Street. The Freret Corridor is also a nice walk away, which is packed with wonderful stores, coffee shops and the best pizza in town. We do our best to accommodate early check-in whenever possible and we also have a secured courtyard where luggage can be stored if there is an early arrival. Directly next door we have another unit that is available for rent if you are coming with a group. It is a studio cottage. Reach out if you'd like to book them both as a package deal! PLEASE NOTE: this property does not allow for any parties of any kind! THE KITCHEN HAS RECENTLY BEEN RENOVATED TO HAVE NATURAL WALNUT CABINETS TO THE CEILING AS WELL AS LIGHT OAK FLOORS IN STALLED, WHICH IS ALSO PICTURED. Guest access Guests will have their own private entrance and unique door code. The garden patio with string lights is specifically for your private use. The property doesn’t not share walls with any other property which gives privacy. Parking space right outside of your door. Other things to note There is an ring doorbell outside on the door to prevent any parties from taking place and smoke detectors to sense of anyone is smoking in the home. Pets allowed. We ask that the pet be potty trained, non destructive and not overly vocal when left alone. Though the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each check-in, please be mindful of our pet policy in case you are allergic as there is always a possibility to find hair which is common in any pet friendly accommodation. Arrival condition: The unit is thoroughly sanitized by our professional cleaning crew before each check-in. It is important that guests report anything that is not in an acceptable condition within one hour of check-in. Anything not reported in that time frame will be deemed your responsibility. New Orleans is a subtropical destination which is no stranger to storms. Any electrical outage is not the responsibility of the host and is entirely outside of any person(s) control. Bug and wildlife info: New Orleans is located in a hot and humid environment that is teeming with wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths, lovebugs, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, stinkbugs, etc. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside. Guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner. NOTE: Ring doorbell and exterior ring camera are for security of guests and property to monitor the exterior, the entire perimeter of the property. Cameras are motion activated and will record sound when activated or when ring doorbell is pushed. No devices of any kind are inside the home and none face inside the cottage.
