Step off the 4 side wrap around deck onto sandy Rexhame beach where the vast stretch of dunes offers unmatched privacy and unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay. On a clear day you can sometimes see Provincetown , spot a seal passing by or even see some whales just off shore . The space Dune Side offers ocean views from every room with 3 oversized bedrooms, 3 full baths, living room, dining room, sitting room with fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen with all new appliances and laundry room on 2nd floor, yes even the views from the laundry room can’t be beat . If your an early riser you will catch breathtaking sunrises as you sit on the new expansive wrap around deck with your morning coffee. Dune Side has parking on the property for up to 5 vehicles . Other things to note Dune side is not a child proof house and we do not have accommodations for infants. The house is listed as not suitable for younger children under 12 as safety is top priority.
