This true off-the-grid micro-cabin is made with reclaimed materials and decorated simply and tastefully, to help you shed “the busy” and enjoy “the being”. Located up a woodsy path, it is a wonderful romantic retreat, writing getaway or contemplative refuge. There is lantern light and an outhouse with windows to view the wildlife. Hiking and biking are right out the front door. Equipped with a simple kitchen and basic amenities, it is best for one or two people. The space Located on ten forested acres, this sweet cabin immerses you in the outdoors. There are chairs on the porch, a separate quaint red metal table and chair set in the woods, a hammock, and a firepit to roast near. Inside, you will find two chairs, a simple kitchen with a two burner stove, a closet, all the amenities you could need, a warm wood stove, full bedding, and a cooler for refrigeration. There is full dish and cookware, as well as sweet linens. The cabin is a 100 yard walk up a gently sloping trail. The outhouse is a 75 foot walk from the cabin. The loft is up a steep set of stairs the bed is a mattress with a memory foam top. You must be comfortable being off the grid, as the cabin has no electricity, works on lamp light, and has an outhouse. Guest access Full access to the cabin and surroundings. Other things to note There is no running water. There are basins for washing dishes, and towels for self, but you must bring your own water.
