Come stay in Bellevue's beautiful Spruce Creek area. You will be less than 400 yards from the Mighty Mississippi River and approximately 2 miles from downtown Bellevue. Relax in the over 2000 sq ft house with full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, tv, internet, ping pong table, outdoor grill, picnic table and fire pit. Bring your boat, kayak, paddle board or canoe to explore the river or check out our charming red, white and blue little town. Available for long term stays. The space This is a trailer, not super fancy but clean and well stocked with basic cookware, dishes, towels, bedding and pillows. Full size fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig, washer and dryer in house. We can have ice available to you upon request. There is an outdoor grill (direct gas line-no propane tank needed) and fire pit in the back yard with a picnic table. Ramp entrance at the front, no stairs in the house. Dining table seats 5 with additional countertop seating for 4. Master has a king size bed and private bathroom with a (step in) shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. If you are just renting the house for two guests, we will assume you are sharing the master, and the additional bedrooms and bathroom will not be available. Those will be opened when booking for additional people. Add a third guest for 2 beds/2 baths, a fourth guest for 3 bedrooms. There is a futon in one of the rooms with bedding (upon request) and a queen-sized air mattress available upon request/if booking for extra guests. There is a TV with cable and as well as free internet. The boat ramp is less than 400 yards away if you are bringing a boat. Transient docks available on a first come first serve basis. Chestnut Mountain (snow skiing in the winter, alpine slide and chair lifts in the summer) is just a boat ride across the river but if you want to get to Galena by car you will have to go around through Dubuque to cross the bridge. OffShore is less than a mile away with a new pond/pool and waterpark as well as several other great restaurants in town. Local grocery store, pharmacy, brewery, city pool, coffee, bakery, welcome center and several shops downtown. There is a children's play park in the campground within walking distance from the house as well.
