There's also a nice-sized closet space and an empty chest of drawers. The living room has a seating area with DirectTV and free Wifi. The kitchen has a gas range, a fridge, a microwave as well as basic utensils and a washing machine for the laundry. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. This is a NON SMOKING apartment. The apartment is located in Historic Downtown Jersey City, just across the Hudson river from Manhattan (only 2 blocks from the Grove street PATH subway which offer direct and 24/7 access to Manhattan.). The neighborhood is safe and diverse with many charming restaurants and cafes as well as several delis convenient for grocery shopping. Whole Foods, Keyfood and ShopRite supermarkets and Newport Mall are a short 10-15 minute walk away. The World trade Center is only 10 min away (just two stops on the Path), downtown New York (West Village) is 15 min away (Christopher St., 9th st or 14th st), Chelsea 20 min away (Path to 24th st) and Midtown 30 min away (Path to 33rd street) For those who drive, the Holland tunnel is also near offering a quick connection to downtown Manhattan (7 min to Tribeca, when there's no traffic!)
