Spacious and light-filled house (2700 sq ft) on a quiet cul-de-sac with a huge yard and a short drive to the ocean, ponds, trails, and everything else the Cape has to offer. Please make yourself at home, in our home. Whether you're looking to work out on the Peloton, play yard games in the backyard, relax in the sun-room with a book, or lounge in the living room and stream Netflix... we've got you covered. Pets are encouraged to enjoy the fenced backyard and borrow the dog toys and beds. The space Our house has an open floor plan with the large kitchen, dining room, sun room and living room all connected on the first floor. This was our full time home during the pandemic, so the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and a few extra gadgets (InstantPot, KitchenAid, etc). On the first floor you'll also find the workout room and a half bath. On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms (queen, full, twin over full bunk) a full bath as well as the master suite (king), walk-in closet and attached full bath with jacuzzi tub and heated floors. There is queen air mattress and sheets in the walk-in closet and plenty of space for it in any bedroom or the basement. The finished basement has a lounging area and TV, cozy twin bed tucked under the stairs, and a full bath. There is also a 2 car garage, filled with yard games and beach supplies at your disposal. Finally, there's a large, fully fenced backyard for you to enjoy. The yard features: a fire pit (wood provided), Weber grill, outdoor seating, kid toys, dog toys, and a garden with fresh veggies + flowers (in the summer + fall).
