Welcome to Sunset Lake! Enjoy beautiful sunsets year round! Cozy in the winter with plenty of extra blankets and a great heating system! Light a fire at night. We are walking distance to South Braintree Square. You will enjoy nature and still have close proximity to city. Walk to a super market, pharmacy, nail salon, bank, a tavern w/ live music. Other restaurants within walking distance include Mexican, Thai, Sushi, Italian, Vietnamese (pho), pizza and a great local coffee shop ☀️ 🌅 The space This is a studio apartment. There is separate entry on the backside of the house. The door into the main part of house is locked. The room is large and has both a living area and a bedroom area. The kitchenette has a small one burner stove, a full refrigerator, a toaster oven, an air fryer which also acts as an oven and dehydrator, a coffee maker, a hot water heater, and a microwave. There’s also a grill for use outside. There is a full bathroom and a washer dryer available for use. The laundry area is super convenient and stacked with detergent, stain remover, fabric softener and other laundry items. ****NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE!**** We have upgraded the unit! We now have installed a kitchen sink to wash dishes as well as a drying rack area. We added a variety of pots and pans. On the outside, we renovated and doubled the size of the patio, and we added a full size dining table as well as lighting for ambience! WE HAVE NOT YET RAISED RATES! Guest access Access to laundry room in back of unit. Access to waterfront and kayaks. Access to shared yard space. Other things to note Bed size: full. Brand new Puffy mattress. Couch also pulls out into queen sleeper. There are two adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks are available to guests. Play some yard games if weather appropriate (corn hole, Bocce or Molkky).
