Glenn Other things to note Weekly (7 day) summer rentals from mid-June till September. Check in time 3:00pm on Saturday and check out time 10:00am the following Saturday. House is cleaned each week during the Saturday turnover (no extra fee) and renters are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking or pets will result in immediate cancellation of the rental agreement and loss of the security deposit.
