Welcome to our vacation rental !! Clean, Quite, Spacious, and set back off the road with central A/C and everything you will need for an awesome stay! You will find our vacation home at the end of our shared driveway. Our home is on a separate lot located in front of the rental home. You will find our home to be clean, quite, spacious, and bright with plenty of room of everyone to spread out. There is a beautiful sun room that our guests say is the best room in the house!! The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you will need to make awesome dinners at home. The home is equipped with central air, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room that seats 6 along with a smaller table in the kitchen that seats 4. In the living room you will find a 50" tv as well as a 32"in the master bedroom and the front bedroom. There is a new patio in the back yard with a table and chairs and an umbrella too. A weber gas grill to grill your evening dinners on can be found on the deck. There is a good size back yard that is pretty private as well. We hope you will take a look and come enjoy what the Cape has to offer!!!!!! You will have the whole house to yourselves. Laundry can be found in the basement. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the shared driveway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand pails, beach items and yard games can all be found in the shed. I can be reached either by email, phone or text. Our house is on the property right in front of the vacation rental (2 separate lots) for any issues or concerns that may arise. We are centrally located in the Historic Village of Centerville with its tree lined streets, Sea Captian's home, 1856 Country Store, and the famous 4 Seas Ice Cream, all within walking distance. We are a mile from Craigville beach Less than 10 mins to grocery stores, cvs, liquor store, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, breweries, and many other things. Located 10-15 mins from Downtown Main Street, in Hyannis were you will find awesome dining, shopping, museums, night life, or you can hop on a ferry for a fun filled day on Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or may be a fishing charter is your thing. There are many opportunities that await you here!! Come and check it out!!! You will need a car to get around, but there is also bus service, taxi or uber. BY AGREEING TO OUR HOUSE RULES YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE CHARGED $475 TO REPLACE THE BEACH PASS IN THE EVENT THE BEACH PASS IS LOST, STOLEN, RUINED, MISPLACED, OR ACCIDENTALLY TAKEN HOME!!!!! BEACH PASS IS GOOD FOR 1 VEHICLE. THIS MAY BE CHARGED AS A SEPARATE FEE OR POSSIBLY TAKEN AS PART OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT!!!!! THE BEACH PASS IS GOOD FOR 1 VEHICLE ONLY OUR HOME IS BEST SUITED FOR CHILDREN 10 AND OLDER The home has (3 ) T.V.'s living room has a 50" The ones in the master bedroom and front bedroom are 32" The cable provided is Basic Cable TV Newly added Amazon Firestick on the living room T.V, Guest acct will provide access to some Amazon Prime content or you can sign into your own subscription service.
