Nature lovers will bask in the beauty of Bennys Landing, a tiny hamlet of 100 year old homes on Jenkins Sound. Spend the day crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just soaking up the sun on the private dock. It’s a 10 minute drive through the wetlands to the pristine Stone Harbor beaches. We are 2 miles from the Acme if you want to get burgers for the grill. Or enjoy a gourmet dinner in the quaint center of Cape May Court House. Go to George’s for authentic Greek, Nino’s or Claudio’s Italian The space This 1920 house is 2 floors. The first floor is an open concept living and kitchen area. The large living area has plenty of seating including a pull out sofa bed. And a desk area with office chair. The primary bedroom is also on the first floor along with a full bath. Up the spiral staircase you will find two more bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a full size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. We have an outdoor shower, grill, outdoor table and chairs and a front porch with million dollar views! Guest access Enjoy endless water recreation off the private dock of this secluded, waterfront gem just minutes to Stone Harbor and Main Street in Cape May Court House. 10 minutes to Wildwood and 15 to Cape May. Nights are quiet and peaceful on the Landing. But if you are around on a summer Friday, there’s happy hour at 5:00 on the bulkhead and you’ll have a perfect view of the fireworks at 10:00 pm across the bay over Wildwood. Other things to note The neighbors are very friendly and you will see them pass in front of the house or sometimes on the boardwalk behind the house to get to their homes. We have a kayak rack behind our house with 3 single adult kayaks. We also have 1 child (in the shed) and I double kayak (next to the shed with the SUP). Single kayaks are$30 per kayak per day. The double and SUP are $40/day. So much more convenient than the local rental shop which charges $75-85 each. We have 3 bikes available for guest use. Bring your own helmet or use one of our 2. We have an outdoor shower. We are pet friendly for a $150 fee for 1st dog and $50 for second dog. Cats will be considered for an additional fee. Fees can be paid via V.E.N.M.O @Carolyn-Collins-6.
