FAMILIES ONLY. Our beautiful home is located across from Silver Lake in the family-friendly north end of Belmar. It is two blocks from the beach and one block from a brand new playground. It is walking distance to restaurants/shops on Main Street and NJ Transit trains . We do not rent to groups and have a minimum age requirement. The space Our house has five spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a separate living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen and sunroom. The house has central air, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, an outdoor shower and a pack and play for babies. The large backyard is perfect for grilling and playing. Stroll around Silver Lake or the Belmar Boardwalk. We provide linens, 6 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys and a baby tent. There are also 4 bicycles available for your use. Wireless internet and two televisions equipped with Amazon Firesticks are also provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note No group rentals. No pets. No smoking. Minimum rental period of 7 days during the peak summer season (Late June to Labor Day). 4 day minimum during May and September.
