It is unclear if the town is planning to levy additional taxes but I will be transparent as much as possible when you request to book Check-in after 3:00pm & check-out by 10:00am sharp. This gives our cleaners ample time to do the cleaning. All areas of the house except the garage is available for guest use. We generally limit on the number of adults to 5 (with 3 children the total capacity is 8). Please don't hesitate to ask as each party is unique.
