Cottage in Houma

The calendar is synced and updated daily. We are in a prime safe location close to the Houma Civic Center. We offer a private space-perfect for a couple's getaway or work trip! There's also a semi private courtyard and pool. The 322 sq.ft studio includes Wifi, a full bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. Enjoy the patio of plants, drink some wine, or simply unwind and relax. This cottage is your home away from home while traveling in the bayou area Children under age of 12 are not allowed. The space Coffee and tea will be provided as well as cold water and a few soft drinks or juice kept in the fridge. Each side of the bed includes a lamp and an outlet to charge your cell phone. The POOL is considered a shared space.... however, we do try to allow for privacy as much as possible . Backyard pool parties, Family Barbecues, Birthday parties, Bachelor / bachelorette parties , Weddings or receptions are NOT allowed. Guest access NOTE: We are happy to let our guests use the pool and hot tub . However, they are for paid guests only , unless discussed with me prior to reserving cottage . ..Please make arrangements with us in advance (30 min at least) if you’re planning to use it so we can have it warming up for you when you are ready! Other things to note **This is a non smoking property. If there is a third guest who plans to sleep on the couch, please let me know so I can distribute bedding and pillows for . There will be an additional 25$ fee with a 4th guest. No more than 4 guests are allowed. Dogs are allowed but must be under 30lbs and a non shedding breed. The cost is $40 per pet for the stay. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Owners may walk dogs anywhere, but must pick up any waste . Bags will be provided . Please contact me prior to booking if you are planning to bring your dog for approval . No felines allowed. Also I do require a 24 hour notice for booking; but if that is not possible and you need same day booking, check in will be 5pm.
