Katama Home with Bay View

This home on a beautiful two acre lot with a view of Katama Bay is the perfect place for your Vineyard vacation. The entire house has been furnished for a relaxed stay for your family. You have privacy with a huge back yard. Many of our guests say that the Edgartown Bay Road neighborhood is the best vacation location on Martha's Vineyard! You are a half mile to South Beach or a bike ride to Edgartown Village. The space The 2nd floor of this "upside down house" has an open floor plan which includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room and dining room have beautiful water views and sliding doors to the deck. There is a Samsung HDTV with Roku and multiple streaming services. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and gadget you may want. The deck, which also enjoys a water view, has a grill, dining table and chairs and lounge chairs. The second floor has a southern exposure to give you light all day and A/C to keep you cool. For sleeping there are four bedrooms. A large bedroom with queen bed has an attached bedroom/den with a twin bed, sofa and HDTV. There is another bedroom with queen bed and there is one with two twin beds and a crib. The first floor also features a full bath and laundry room. The downstairs bedrooms and den each have a room AC unit. Upstairs there are central HVAC and split air units to keep you cool. Outside there is plenty of private space on our 2 acre property. You should be sure to make time to use the outdoor shower. The house is provided with linens and towels. For the beach there are chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, buggy boards and even a beach cart to tote your stuff. Guest access We have parking and the Island bus comes to the end of out street.
