It is located .5 miles off of the right fork bike path and Katama general store, 1 mile to Morning Glory Farm, 1.5 miles from downtown Edgartown, 2 miles from South Beach and 3 miles from Bend-in-the-Road State Beach. Our guest house has a full kitchen, a full bath and an outdoor shower, a comfy studio room that sleeps 4, a living room downstairs as well as a screened in porch. The space There is one half of the first floor that is the garage side, this side is not part of the rental (i.e. private) other than if the washer or dryer is needed.
